Discover your birth

In this Birth Doula guided three part course you'll be presented with a chance to explore the birthing process, possibilities, and discover your preferences. It starts with two live virtual sessions where Christina will walk you through the entire birth experience step by step, covering intervention education and coping technique demonstration. This class includes your support partners role as well as things like when to transition to the hospital or contact your midwife for home birth,  communicating your needs to your staff and provider and birth mapping your intentions. Included is a third individualized in person session that you schedule with the birth doula to practice coping techniques and chat privately about your individual journey. But it won't stop there, you will also have access to a bonus class videos with our Postpartum Doula that will cover after birth recovery and support as well as the basics of breastfeeding and how to get off to your best start.
